Hours & Fees

clockThe Nursery operates Monday to Friday, 51 weeks a year.
We offer full day sessions which are 7.30am- 5.45pm, half day sessions which are 7.30am-12.30pm or 1.00pm – 5.45pm.

*There is a minimum requirement of attendance in order to book a place at the nursery which is 2 full days a week or 4 half days sessions a week.

Include in the price of the sessions are:

  • Early morning snack at 7.30am (no later than 8am)
  • Two course lunch served at 11.30am.
  • Afternoon snack at 2.15pm
  • Afternoon light tea at 4.45pm

Bank holidays are given at a 10% reduction. Absence through sickness or your choice must be paid in full. A one week holiday allowance is given to all parents at a reduced price of 30% on a yearly basis (Jan-Dec)

All fees are payable on a monthly basis and are reviewed on an annually basis, our preferred method of payment is standing order. Failure to do so will result in a £25 late payment charge per week, and refusal of entry into the Nursery till all monies are paid up to date.
Fee’s are calculated over a 12 month basis to take into account bank holiday discounts and your own week’s holiday allowance which makes payments the same every month/week.
IF ARREARS REMAIN UNPAID THEN THE MATTER WILL BE REFERRED TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT AND THIS WILL INCREASE THE LATE PAYMENT PENALTIES TO £30.00 PER WEEK.

To secure a place in our Nursery you are required to pay your first weeks fee upfront which will guarantee you a place and then fees must always be paid a week ahead.
